New CMSI Quarterly Review 1.4 (Spring 2026) Now Naval War College’s Most Popular Publication!
Great news—thanks to our loyal readers! Honored to see that CMSI has contributed 6 of the Naval War College’s top 10 most popular publications, with two great offerings by Prof. Ian Easton, as well as inputs from Prof. Ryan Martinson, Director Chris Sharman, and CMSI Affiliate Conor Kennedy.
#1, the just-released Spring issue of the CMSI Quarterly Review, highlights CMSI’s latest scholarship, media engagement, and institutional activities from January through March 2026. Click here to access the full volume.
This issue features several highlights, including:
- Shaping the 2026 Research Agenda: CMSI engagements across the U.S. interagency and with Australian defense and policy stakeholders refined priority information requirements, strengthened international partnerships, and identified actionable opportunities for collaborative military maritime research.
- Expanding CMSI Talent: CMSI will soon launch a USAJOBS search for an Assistant/Associate Professor to enhance CMSI’s analytic capacity.
- Enhancing Dissemination and Access: CMSI has transitioned to a new distribution platform, improving the speed and accessibility of its publications through direct, clickable access for all subscribers on USG and non-USG networks alike via Granicus’s GovDelivery system.
